How long is the turn around time?

This can vary depending on how many masks are scheduled to be painted. Typically 2-3 weeks is standard. However, if something is required sooner, we can try to accommodate.

Do you ship to the USA and Internationally

Yes. We are happy to provide services to everyone and will ship worldwide.

Question 3

What happens if my mask is lost in transit?

I hope this never happens, but if it does I will work with you to try to recover the shipping insurance offered by the postal / shipping company.

Powdercoating Services

Accepted Answer

Yes! We offer powdercoating This requires an upcharge however. Typically $40 unless a custom (non-standard) colour is required in which case the cost could be higher.

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

Yes but it depends on the mask project status.
If no mask work has been started, refunds may be allowed, however once any mask work has commenced, all sales are final.
